Nipissing University Women's Centre Minutes

Next Year's Elections
- executive nominations for the 2012-2013 school year are being accepted
- if you are interested in filling a position, please contact us or come to one of our meetings to discuss
- present nominations: Morgan, Will, Laurie(?)
- contact the professors for possible recommendations(?)

Savoury Solutions for Eating Ethically: Drop-In & Discussion
- presented by Women's Centre and Pride on Campus
- tomorrow (March 7th) at 1pm - 5pm in H131

White Ribbon Campaign
- April 2nd and April 3rd
- contact art department for white and red paint as well as large brown paper, explore other options as well

Bathtub Project
- press release acknowledging all donations
- posters advertising the event will be printed out this week
- call around to local businesses for donations(?)
- transport for the products at the end of the event is being discussed. If you can help us move them, please contact us asap; out of town donations will be going to centres in Mattawa and Sturgeon Falls.
- contact Residence about donations, find out exactly what they're doing and if they can get us the donations by March 26th

End of the Year Party
- Cecil's (charged to budget, within REASON!), then Karlie's house (possible other outing?)
  --please note that if there is more than 10-15 people we will not be going to Karlie's (there is not enough room)
- go out for dinner, please RSVP as soon as possible so that we can reserve the table(s)!
- any alcohol bought will not be covered by the Women's Centre budget
