How-To Be a NUWC Executive
ALL EXECUTIVES
...Are to be Nipissing University students.
...Are to properly represent the NUWC as a whole.
...Are to act in the best interests of the NUWC.
...Are to hold the NUWC as one of their top priorities.
...Hold their respectful Executive positions from May 1st until April 30th of the following year, unless particular circumstances occur.
...Hold a key to the NUWC.
...Hold all passwords related to the NUWC.
...Are expected to attend all NUWC Meetings.
...May delegate any of their responsibilities, however, the Executive is still ultimately responsible.
- It is suggested that there be monthly Executive Meetings.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
According to the Constitution:
...is responsible for internal operations of the NUWC.
...shall chair meetings and maintain order, or designate a substitute when needed.
...shall vote only in the event of a tie during any meeting of the NUWC.
...is responsible for actively participating in the endeavours of the NUWC.
...shall demonstrate leadership for members of the NUWC, its Executive and the entire student body.
...is responsible for communications between the NUWC and the community.
...shall inform members of community events that may be of interest to the NUWC.

...is responsible for the transmission of information (meeting minutes, letters, petitions, thank you cards, posters, etc.
...is responsible for the maintenance of records and filing.
...is responsible for actively participating in the endeavours of the NUWC.

...is responsible for cleaning out the mailing list at the beginning of every semester.
...is responsible for updating the NUWC billboards and website on a monthly basis
...is responsible for creating event pages on Facebook.

TREASURER

...is responsible for collecting and distributing the NUWC funds.
...is responsible for communications between the NUWC and the Office of Student Development & Services.
